What is the difference between reporting frequencies?

Scheduled Report Options

When creating a scheduled report, you can choose from the following delivery options:

1. Daily – Totals

You’ll receive a report every day, starting on the first scheduled date you selected.
Each report includes total data for the previous day.

Example:
If your reporting interval starts on 07/27, your first report will be sent on 07/27 with data for 07/26.

2. Daily – Per Hour

You’ll receive a report every day, starting on the first scheduled date you selected.
Each report includes data for the previous day, broken down by hour.

Example:
If your reporting interval starts on 07/27, your first report will be sent on 07/27 with data for 07/26.

3. Weekly – Totals

You’ll receive a report once per week, starting on the first scheduled date you selected.
Each report includes total data for the previous week.

Example:
If your reporting interval starts on 07/27/2022 (Wednesday), your first report will be sent on 07/27/2022 with data for 07/18/2022 – 07/24/2022.
The next report will be sent on 08/03/2022 with data for 07/25/2022 – 07/31/2022.

4. Weekly – Per Day

You’ll receive a report once per week, starting on the first scheduled date you selected.
Each report includes data for the previous week, split by day.

Example:
If your reporting interval starts on 07/27/2022 (Wednesday), your first report will be sent on 07/27/2022 with data for 07/18/2022 – 07/24/2022.
The next report will be sent on 08/03/2022 with data for 07/25/2022 – 07/31/2022.

5. Monthly – Totals

You’ll receive a report once per month, starting on the first scheduled date you selected.
Each report includes total data for the previous month.

Example:
If your reporting interval starts on 07/27/2022 (Wednesday), your first report will be sent on 07/27/2022 with data for June 2022.
The next report will be sent on 08/27/2022 with data for July 2022.

6. Monthly – Per Day

You’ll receive a report once per month, starting on the first scheduled date you selected.
Each report includes data for the previous month, split by day.

Example:
If your reporting interval starts on 07/27/2022 (Wednesday), your first report will be sent on 07/27/2022 with data for June 2022, broken down by day. The next report will be sent on 08/27/2022 with data for July 2022.
