You've placed an order for an audio ad and you're eager to listen to your creation. You don't need a lot of patience as audio ads produced via AudioGO generally take up to two business days to get produced, and sometimes much faster than that.
How do I know that my ad is ready?
The instant that your audio ad is produced you will get an email pointing you to our campaign - so look out for an email signed by AudioGO with the following subject "Your AudioGO ad is ready to review!"
Make sure to also check your promotions and/or spam tabs if you feel you didn't receive it in due time.
You can also log into your platform and check the notifications on the dashboard. Once an ad is ready for your review, you should get a red notification bubble that looks like this:
Once you've listened to your ad and you're perfectly happy with it, you can Approve your ad and launch your campaign.
You can also tweak your ad if you need some changes by requesting a revision.
