If you use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage your website tags, you can easily install the AudioGo Pixel without modifying your website code directly. Here’s a step-by-step guide to installing the AudioGo Pixel via GTM:
Step 1 - Install the AudioGo Pixel on All Pages
- Go to tagmanager.google.com and sign in.
- Select Your Website Container: Choose the container associated with your website.
Step 2 - Create a New Tag:
- Click Tags in the left sidebar.
- Click New, then select Tag Configuration
- Choose Custom HTML
- Name Your Tag Clearly: For example, name it AudioGo Pixel – All Pages to stay organized.
Step 3 - Add the AudioGo Pixel Code
- In a separate browser tab, go to your AudioGo campaign.
- Click Edit Campaign → Generate to create the pixel.
- Click Copy to grab the pixel code.Return to GTM and paste the AudioGo pixel code into the Custom HTML box.
Step 4 - Adjust Advanced Settings:
- Click Advanced Settings
- Under Tag firing options, select Once per page to prevent the tag from firing multiple times.
- Set the Trigger to Fire on All Pages:
- Click Triggering → All Pages
Step 5 - Save and Publish:
- Click Save
- Then click Submit in the top-right corner to publish the tag live on your site.
