If you use Google Tag Manager (GTM) to manage your website tags, you can easily install the AudioGO Pixel without modifying your website code directly. Here’s a step-by-step guide to installing the AudioGO Pixel via GTM:
Install the AudioGO Pixel on All Pages
- Log into Your Google Tag Manager Account:
Go to tagmanager.google.com and sign in.
- Select Your Website Container:
Choose the container associated with your website.
- Create a New Tag:
- Click “Tags” in the left sidebar.
- Click “New”, then select “Tag Configuration”.
- Choose “Custom HTML”.
- Name Your Tag Clearly:
For example, name it “AudioGO Pixel – All Pages” to stay organized.
- Paste the AudioGO Pixel Code:
- In a separate browser tab, go to your AudioGO campaign.
- Click “Edit Campaign” → “Generate” to create the pixel.
- Click “Copy” to grab the pixel code.
- Return to GTM and paste the pixel code into the Custom HTML box.
- Adjust Advanced Settings:
- Click “Advanced Settings”.
- Under Tag firing options, select “Once per page” to prevent the tag from firing multiple times.
- Set the Trigger to Fire on All Pages:
- Click “Triggering” → “All Pages”.
