On the new campaign page, you’ll be able to notice some pre-filled values, such as the campaign name (based on advertiser selection & current date), start and end dates (immediate start & ranging two weeks), budget ($1000), and location (US), to simplify and speed up campaign creation. However, these are fully customizable based on your needs.
