Payment methods can be deleted when (cumulatively):
- There are no active or running campaigns
- There is no outstanding balance to be paid
- The last completed campaign is dated at least one month in the past
Please note that having paused / stopped campaigns on your account may prevent you from removing your credit card. For the system to allow you to remove your credit card please ensure that all your campaigns are completed with an end date more than 30 days in the past. Resuming a paused / stopped campaign that has its end date in the past will move the campaign to "completed" while not incurring any new spend.
To ensure continued service with AudioGO, we recommend changing the payment method instead.
