How do I add a new user to my AudioGO account?

To start adding users to your AudioGO account, click your username in the top-right corner of your dashboard > then click User Management. Note that ONLY the account owner or a full access user can complete this operation.

From the user management screen you can add users and select their level of permissions. An invite will be sent to the user's email address once completed. There are 3 levels of permission that you can assign a user with:

  • Agency Owner - gives full access to your AudioGO agency account to manage multiple advertisers.
  • Full access - gives full access to your AudioGO account, including adding or removing users.

  • Edit - gives the user full access to your campaign and its reporting and analytics, while billing and account settings are limited to view only.

  • View - gives users a view of your campaigns and its reporting and analytics. They'll have NO access to neither of your billing nor account settings.
