It depends on if our publishers will allow it. So we ask that all CBD advertisers submit their ad, or ad script, by contacting us for approval. The failure to do so may get your ad blocked.

FYI, you'll get permission to advertise more often than not if your products:

• are being sold through major national retailers;
• do not contain THC over the 0.3% limit;
• are not for foods, beverages, or dietary supplements; and
• do not make any claims of health benefits
