This promotional offer ("Offer") is available only while supplies last and subject to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You may be eligible for promotional credit if you:

• (a) Offer is available to new advertisers on AudioGo who have not previously used the platform in the past twelve months; or
• (b) Are an existing AudioGo advertiser who reactivates an inactive advertiser that has been inactive since 6/30/25 or enables a new AudioGo feature, as specified in the offer you received.

1.2 Offer valid only for advertisers with a billing address located in the United States.

1.3 One promotional offer per advertiser. The credit is non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged and cannot be combined with any other existing offer(s).

Advertisers will be charged for all advertising that exceeds the promotional credit. Advertisers can suspend their ads anytime before the promotional credit amount is exhausted if they do not wish to receive additional advertising charges. Advertisers will not be notified once the promotional credit is exhausted.

2. Offer Activation

To activate this Offer:

• Click the link or button associated with the promotion to automatically apply it to your AudioGo account.
• Opt-in must occur before the end of Q4 2025 (October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025) to be eligible for the credit.
• A valid payment method and a complete payment profile must be added during initial setup.
• Offer is subject to ad approval process, valid registration of an account, and compliance and acceptance of the AudioGo Terms and Conditions.

3. Qualifying Spend

3.1 You must select a qualifying ad package and accrue the required advertising spend within Q4 2025 (October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025).

3.2 Only campaign costs incurred during this timeframe will count toward your eligibility. Making a prepayment or adding funds to your account does not qualify.

3.3 Advertisers are responsible for all ad spend beyond the promotional credit amount.

3.4 If you do not wish to continue spending after your credit is exhausted, you must pause or cancel your campaigns manually. AudioGo does not provide automatic notification once credit is used.

6.3 Advertisers are solely responsible for any applicable taxes or fees incurred, which do not count toward the spend requirement.

4. Credit Issuance

4.1 Once the required spend and eligibility checks are complete, the promotional credit will be issued to your account within 10 days of close of Q4 2025 (no later than January 10, 2026).

4.2 The credit:

• Will appear in your AudioGo Billing Summary and be automatically applied to future advertising costs.
• Cannot be applied retroactively to prior charges.

The credit will expire 365 days after it is issued to your account.

5. Account Requirements

5.1 Your account must:

• Remain in good standing and compliant with AudioGo's policies; and
• Use an eligible billing method as specified in your offer (e.g., automatic payments).

5.2 If your account is set up in a different currency than the promotional credit, the actual value may fluctuate based on exchange rates.

6. General Terms

6.1 Offer may be withdrawn at any time by AudioGo for any reason or no reason.

6.2 AudioGo reserves the right to nullify or remove credit if:

• Payment fails;
• The offer was mistakenly applied;
• Your account violates AudioGo's terms or becomes ineligible; or
• Any suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

6.4 Use of this promotional credit constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and AudioGo's standard advertising policies.

6.5 Offer expires 3 months after the date the offer is issued, or as stated in the promotional communication.
