idobi reaches more than 8 million listeners monthly, and its audience skews young, with the bulk of their listeners falling in the 13 to 34 year-old age demographic. Users are evenly divided between men and women. idobi provides its audience with what it calls an 'all-access pass' to the alternative music scene, which offers music, news, and entertainment programming.
“Since 1999, idobi has cultivated an international community within the alternative music world. In that time the network has become more than music: idobi is now a lifestyle,” said idobi’s COO and Program Director Eddie Barella.
idobi is the latest audio publisher to partner with AudioGO, and joins other big-name audio services like Pandora, SoundCloud, iHeartRadio, TuneIn, and Univision.
On AudioGO, users will be able to access idobi’s full digital audio inventory, including its streaming music stations and more than 20 podcasts. As with all AudioGO campaigns, advertisers will be able to target their idobi buys based on demographics, content, location, and even behavioral segments, allowing them to make more efficient and effective marketing decisions.
