These entities may need Personal Information in order to perform their functions. We do not authorize them to use the information we share with them for any other purpose.
We may also use or disclose Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to applicable law or comply with legal process served on us or the Site; (b) protect and defend our rights or property, the Site or our users; and/or (c) act under emergency circumstances to protect the personal safety of us, our affiliates, agents, or the users of the Site or the public.

What is a Cookie?
A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes a unique identifier that is sent to your computer or mobile phone (referred to here as a "device") browser from a website's computer and is stored on your device's hard drive. Each website can send its own cookie to your browser if your browser's preferences allow it, but (to protect your privacy) your browser only permits a website to access the cookies it has already sent to you, not the cookies sent to you by other sites. Many sites do this to track online traffic flows, record information about the user’s online preferences, tailor the website to the user’s interests, and determine whether the device (and probably its user) has visited the website previously.
Information supplied by cookies can help us to analyze the profile of our visitors and help us to provide you with a better user experience.
Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of AudioGO who are California residents to request certain information regarding AudioGO’s disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an e-mail to email@example.com.
