AUDIOGO WEBSITE PRIVACY & COOKIES POLICY
AudioGO is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy (along with our website terms – www.audiogo.com/uk/terms-and-conditions) explains what information we may collect about you through www.audiogo.com/uk and how that information may be used. Cookies and How We Use Them
Cookies are short identifiers, a string of letters and numbers, that we transfer to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser to enable our site to recognise your browser.
We only use cookies for a very limited range of purposes these are:
* Identifying your preferred storefront – whether you would like to be shown the UK or US storefront
* Maintaining your log-in to the store for the period of your browser session if you log in to the store
* Keeping track of what is in your shopping basket

We do NOT share cookies with other sites or track your browsing habits outside of AudioGO.com.
Cookies and Third Party Payment Sites - PayPoint and PayPal
When you proceed to pay for your products you will leave the AudioGo website and be directed to either PayPoint or PayPal. Both of these sites are separate to, and managed independently from AudioGo. They have their own cookie processes which are not designed, controlled or managed by AudioGo.
Our payment services for credit and debit cards are managed by PayPoint.
PayPoint operates it's own cookies, separate to AudioGo.com/uk.
If you have Third Party Cookies disabled by default in your browser then you will need to enable these to allow the secure cookie from PayPoint to be accepted, or enable the one specific PayPoint cookie - which is named secure.metacharge.com.
PayPal controls it's own cookies also, and may request that you accept certain cookies on entering the PayPal process. You will have the option to accept or decline these, although declining them may affect your ability to complete your transaction.
2. INFORMATION WE MAY COLLECT ABOUT YOU
We may collect and use the following information about you:
information you provide to us by entering details on www.audiogo.com/uk
information you provide when you enter a competition or take up an offer supported by AudioGO
if you contact us other than through www.audiogo.com/uk, or when you report a problem to us, we may keep a record of that communication
details of transactions you carry out through our site and information related to fulfilment of your orders
- details of your visits to our site, including, traffic data, access to download data, location data, weblogs and other communication data
3. STORAGE AND TRANSMISSION OF YOUR DATA
The information that we collect may be sent to, and stored, outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be used by staff outside the EEA that work for AudioGO or for one of our suppliers. These staff may be involved in fulfilling your order, processing your payment details or support services. By providing your information to us, you agree to this. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your information is treated securely.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
The transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your information but we cannot guarantee security of transmissions to our site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use security procedures and features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
All payments for products sold on www.audiogo.com/uk will be made through the site of one of our payment processing companies. Further information on these payment processing companies and the way that they will use your information is at Section (SECURITY ON THE SITE).
4. HOW YOUR INFORMATION MAY BE USED
We use information about you in the following ways:
to ensure that our site is presented in the most effective manner for you

We will keep your information for as long as we consider necessary to deliver our services to you. If you wish us to stop using your information, you will need to contact us at info@audiogo.co.uk and we will cancel your registration.
5. DISCLOSING YOUR INFORMATION TO OTHERS
In addition to using your information in the ways outlined above, we may use and disclose your information to others:

- We may also use and disclose information in an aggregated form (so that no individual can be identified) for marketing and development purposes.
6. IP ADDRESSES & COOKIES ON AUDIOGO.COM/UK
We may use automated systems to collect information about your computer, including its IP address, operating system and browser type. This is statistical data that will not identify you individually. We will use this information to help us run and improve www.audiogo.com/uk.
For the same reasons, we may gather information about your internet usage by using a cookie file stored on your computer. Cookies contain information that help us to improve our site by enabling us:

to store information about your preferences, and so allow us to customise our site according to your individual interests

7. SECURITY ON THE SITE
We take information security very seriously. For this reason we use advanced internet security systems to safeguard your information.
All the data that you send through to us when registering or submitting an order is encrypted before it is transmitted across the Internet. This means that in the unlikely event of the data being intercepted, it would be difficult to decipher.
To protect your payment details, the payment checkout services we use are run directly through the sites of the payment processing companies. You will automatically be transferred to such a site when making an order. We do not control these sites – information on how they protect your information will be available from their own privacy policies.
Please do not send credit/debit card details directly to us by e-mail, as this may not be secure. Instead, please use the site or telephone us to place an order. In the unlikely event of unauthorised card use please be sure to contact your card issuer immediately as per your arrangement with them.
8. HOW TO ACCESS THE INFORMATION WE HOLD ABOUT YOU
You have the right to access the personal information that we hold about you. To obtain a copy of this information, please write to us at AudioGO Customer Services, St James House, The Square, Lower Bristol Road, Bath, BA2 3BH, enclosing your postal details and a cheque payable to ‘AudioGO Limited’ for £10 (this fee is to meet our costs of providing the information to you). We may ask you to provide identification to us before we release the information to you.
9. OTHER WEBSITES
www.audiogo.com/uk contains links to other websites that we do not run. These websites should have their own privacy policies explaining how they will collect and use your information, and track your usage - we recommend that you check these policies.
We are not responsible for the practices of other websites. We cannot give any protection that products you purchase from other websites will be of satisfactory quality and any such warranties are disclaimed by us.
10. MAKING CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Any changes we may make to our privacy policy in the future will be posted on this page. We recommend that you check it regularly.
