An excellent cast and effects make for an excellent audio trilogy

Review By Drew - A rather large book trilogy has been very well adapted and condensed into audio form. In my mind, the voices are perfect for the roles, especially the venomous Mrs Coulter. Whilst it gets across the essentials of plot and character development, is not quite sufficient to convey the depth and nuances of Pullman's writing, but that was a hard task to begin with. Pullman fans will not be disappointed. (Posted on 17 April 2013)
