Dear intelligent listener, you are cordially invited to a marvellous comic extravaganza in which Solomon Snow sets out to find his true parents. Thrill at his quest to track down his silver spoon. Gasp as our hero triumphs over rogues and vagabonds, even though his boots pinch and it’s always raining. Marvel as he finds his destiny – but will it really mean wearing purple velvet pantaloons?

Another fantastic story from bestselling author Kaye Umansky. Many of her other novels, including ‘Pongwiffy: The Spellovision Song Contest’ and ‘Wilma’s Wicked Spell’, are also available as audiobooks.

Review By FionaL - This wonderful story is written in a spoof Victorian novel style. Solomon Snow sets off to look for his real parents accompanied by his best friend and Little Rosabella, The Infant Prodigy, a scene-stealing, rabbit-loving, child performer, who is the funniest character in the book. Solomon undergoes much hardship and many adventures, but does he find what he's looking for? You'll have to listen to this hilarious and exciting tale to find out. Kaye Umansky can do no wrong, all of her books deliver laughs galore, with some thrills too. Great for kids of all ages, from pre-school to teens. (Posted on 16 January 2013)
