Q: When can I expect delivery of my items?

All CDs are subject to availability.

All (US) orders are sent by 1st Class post within 24 hours (where a title is in stock). If a title needs to be ordered in or duplicated, please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

All International airmail orders should allow up to 21 days for delivery.

Q: Can I track the status of my order?

At this present time we do not have an online tracking facility. We hope to add this in the future. In the meantime you can check on an order by contacting our Customer Services Team. (See 'Contact Us' page).

Q: I've bought a download. What happens next?

You will soon receive an email from us to confirm that your download is ready. (So please make sure that our email doesn’t go into your spam folder by mistake).

Please be patient, however, as downloads can take several minutes to arrive in your account.

Once you receive our confirmation email, you will then be able to see your download in ‘My Download Library’ (in ‘My Account’).

If you’ve left our website, you may need to sign in again to access ‘My Account’. (Your download will always stay in ‘My Download Library’, so there’s no hurry.)

For Instructions on how to download please see 'How do I download' below.

Q: How do I download?

Downloading Zip files

The next steps depend on whether you are using a PC or a Mac. (Please note that these may vary slightly depending on the operating system you are using).

 PC users

  • Click on the ‘Download’ button in ‘My Download Library’.
  • A window will then open asking whether you want to open or save this file. It is important that you click ‘Save’.
  • A new ‘Save As’ window will open, which asks where you want to save the download onto your PC. (If you’re not sure, we suggest the ‘My Music’ folder, which is in the ‘My Documents’ folder).
  • Click ‘Save’.  At this point the file is downloading to your PC. Be patient - this may take a few minutes. The countdown will give you an approximate time remaining for the download to complete.
  • If the download is interrupted for any reason then potentially the file will not download correctly. You will need to start from the first step above if this happens.
  • After you see the message  ‘Download Complete’ you then need to open the folder where you have just saved your download.
  • Your download will have the 13 digit ISBN number with part of the title and will end in 'zip' It will also have an image of a folder with a zip on it.
  • You now need to extract the files in the folder:  Select the folder, then ‘right click’ and then choose ‘Extract all’ from the options that appear and follow the extraction wizard. (You may find that instead of right clicking, the option to extract may be in the Folder Tasks area or as an option across the top of the folder window).  As part of the extraction wizard you can then choose where to save the extracted files on your PC (for example, into the My Music folder again).
  • The download process is now complete. Just double-click the MP3 file to play your audiobook!
  • You can now add this file into any download library (e.g.  iTunes) and/or transfer to your device. (For instructions on adding the download to iTunes please see 'How do I add my downloads into iTunes'; below

 Mac users

  • Click on the ‘Download’ button in ‘My Download Library’.
  • Your title will then start downloading automatically to your desktop.
  • You may see a download window to 'Open' or 'Save' the file. You must click& 'Save';.
  • When it’s finished, open the destination folder and the MP3 is inside, ready to play.
  • Double click to open the MP3 file - and get ready to listen!
  • You can now add this file into any download library (e.g.  iTunes) and/or transfer to your device. (For instructions on adding the download to iTunes please see; How do I add my downloads into iTunes; below

Q: I've downloaded the file but it says it's corrupted.

The file has corrupted in the download process. This is often illustrated by an instantaneous download and is usually because the line has been interrupted or compromised by noise/interference on the line. It will also throw up a warning box with words such as Corrupt, Invalid or Cannot open as archive.

1) Delete the file and download again. There is no limit to the number of times you can download.

Try downloading the file again. There is no limit to the number of times that you can download. It may be that the download was interrupted the first time.  Make sure you have followed the instructions above correctly. If you are still having problems then please contact our Customer Services Team (see 'Contact Us' page).

Q: How do I add my downloads into iTunes?

To import into your iTunes library:

  • Ensure the Zip file has been ‘unzipped’. (See instructions in 'How do I download?' above).
  • Open iTunes
  • In the top ribbon click 'File' then 'add folder to library'.
  • Select the file from where the download has been saved. Open until you have the unzipped folder. Select and then click ‘OK’ at the bottom of the window.
  • The files will then import into your library.
  • From here you can transfer to any Apple device or burn to CD

If you are having problems with iTunes then we recommend contacting iTunes Customer Support.

Q: Can I send the download link in an email?

No. There are restrictions on the file which prevent this. If you wish to save the file to a different computer then log into 'My Account' on the other computer and download the file again onto this machine.

Q: Can I download to an iPad or iPhone?

You cannot download directly onto your iPad or iPhone. Instead you will first need to save the download into iTunes via your PC or Mac and then sync to your device. See 'How do I add my downloads into iTune?' above.

Q: I want to purchase a title but I get the message that the title is not available for delivery to the country I have selected. Why is this?

Unfortunately we do not have the rights to sell this particular title in the country you have selected. You will need to change your selection.

Q: What should I do if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

If you are in any way not satisfied with any title bought from AudioGO, you can return it to us for an exchange or full refund, provided we receive it within 30 days from the date of your order. Please send returned items to: AudioGO Returns, C/O AudioGO, 42 Whitecap Drive, North Kingstown, RI 02852-7445

Q: How do I buy a Gift Voucher?

From the AudioGO homepage click on ‘Buy Gift Voucher’ at the top of the page. You then need to log in, or create an account, to purchase the voucher. Once you’re loggedin, click ‘Buy Voucher’ then select the amount you wish to give (between £5.00 and £50.00), fill in your name, your recipient’s name and the personal message for the voucher. Then click continue. You will then need to complete the purchase process, by journeying through the checkout and payment system.

Once payment is completed return to ‘Buy Gift Voucher’ in either the top navigation, or your account options, and you will see a page with two design options to choose from. You will also see your sender name, and the value you have requested. Click on the voucher design you desire and a pop-up window will ask you to save a PDF of the voucher to your computer. Once you have checked and saved your personalised voucher you can either print and post, or email, to the lucky recipient.

Q: How do I redeem a Gift Voucher?

Click on 'Redeem Gift Voucher' at the top of the home page. You then need to log in, or create a free account, which will enable you to add the voucher as credit to your account. Once you are logged in, type your unique voucher code which is on the voucher itself into the box and click 'Add Voucher'. Your account will now be credited with the value of your voucher and you can continue to stop. There is no time limit on the redemption of your voucher.

After you have added your voucher credit, whenever you are logged in to your account you will see the remaining amount of credit you have available and you have the option to use all or part of this credit towards a purchase.
